The status of the <br />property acquisitions and the owners/property addresses are as follows: <br />'Property Address <br />14590 Armstrong <br />Blvd. <br />II Owner 'Negotiation Status <br />OM" <br />Holding <br />(Purchase agreement pending. Further discussion in closed session. <br />8019 — 146th Avenue "USCO Corp 'Purchase agreement pending. Further discussion in closed session. <br />NW <br />8020 -147th Avenue <br />NW <br />14700 Armstrong <br />Blvd. (easement only) <br />Solveig B. <br />Nordvik Trust <br />Arnie R. <br />Billmark <br />(Terms of purchase agreement will be presented to City Council in closed <br />session for final approval. <br />Council approved purchase terms at its May 8, 2012 meeting. Purchase <br />price is $44,255.00 plus City paid hook-up to sewer service, which brings <br />the total cost to $51,296.00. <br />It is estimated that the total acquisition cost of all the properties/easements to be acquired is $2,700,000.00.
