Voting Yes: Mr. Bawden, Mr. Cich, Mr. Hadley, Mr. LaTour, Mr. Pearson, Mr. <br />Spence and Mr. Wilson. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br /> <br />Case #5 SQftb{~ll TQyrnament Fund Raiser <br /> <br />Mr. Tom Hoxter explained to the Board the approximate $115.00 cost for the tournament. He <br />also told the Board that the field liability is currently covered for such activities by the City <br />insurance company. No beer will be served during the tournament <br /> <br />Motion by Mr. Richard Cich and seconded by Mr. Jamie Spence to inform the City Council that <br />the Fire Department will be having a softball tournament fund raiser. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mr. Bawden, Mr. Cich, Mr. Hartley, Mr. LaTour, Mr. Pearson, Mr. <br />Spence and Mr. Wilson. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br /> <br />Case #6 Transportation To And From Grass Fire8 <br /> <br />Chief Hoeke explained to the Board that, in his opinion, there are three options for the <br />transportation to and from grass fires. <br /> <br /> Option 1 Driving personal cars <br /> Option 2 Driving Ramsey City pick-up and/or cars. <br /> Option 3 Purchasing a station wagon or van. <br /> <br />Chief Hoeke mentioned that option 2 is, at this time, the best option. <br /> <br />Motion by Mr. Richard Cich and seconded by Mr. Jamie Spence to allow transportation to and <br />from grass fires by driving Ramsey City pick-up and/or cars. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mr. Bawden, Mr. Cich, Mr. Hartley, Mr. LaTour, Mr. Pearson, Mr. <br />Spence and Mr. Wilson. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br /> <br />Case #7.
