NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOIqZ~_ COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the kamsey City Council hereby approves the request for a land use designation change of <br /> the Subject Property from Low Density Residential to Mixed Use for the following parcels: <br /> <br />PID #s <br />19..22.2~.2~.0001 <br />19.32.25.32.0001 <br /> <br />19.32.25.31.0004 <br />19.32.25.32.0002 <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes City Staff to submit the necessary <br />documentation to Metropolitan Council for an amendment to the 2002 Comprehensive Plan to <br />change the land use designation to Mixed Use. <br /> <br />3) That this land use change shall become effective concurrent with the City's receipt of notification <br /> of approval from Metropolitan Council. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the <br />6th day of November, 2003. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />66 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03~11- <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
