General R-3 Residential Performance Standards. <br /> <br />a. Parking. <br /> <br />Townhomes: Two (2) off-street parking spaces (one of <br />which should be enclosed). <br /> <br />Multiple Family Dwellings: Two and one-half (2½) off- <br />street parking spaces (one of which should be enclosed) per <br />unit. <br /> <br />The surfaces of parking stalls, aisles, and access driveways <br />shall be constructed with blacktop or concrete and properly <br />maintained. "Properly maintained" includes keeping the <br />blacktop or concrete in good condition and free from <br />chuckholes and other types of surface cracks and breakage. <br /> <br />The entire perimeter of the parking stalls, aisles and access <br />driveways shall be curbed with six (6) inch high curbing of <br />poured concrete. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />All required parking stalls shall be located on the premises <br />of the principal building. <br /> <br />A parking stall shall not be less than 180 square feet in <br />area, with a minimum width of nine (9) feet. <br /> <br />7. Additional parking spaces' may be required by the City. <br /> <br />8. Maximum Driveway width: 20 feet. <br /> <br />9. Driveway side yard setback: 5 feet. <br /> <br />b. Streets. <br /> <br /> 1. Public Streets. Residential developments in this district <br />must provide one main thoroughfare through the development and main thoroughfares <br />must be dedicated as public streets. <br /> <br /> 2. Private Streets. Private streets or driveway collectors are <br />permitted if they serve as access driveways from dwelling units to public streets and meet <br /> <br /> <br />
