Business Uses <br />Use <br />(b) Off-street parking spaces required. Off-street parking spaces shall be <br />provided in accordance with eh specifications in this Code in any district wherever any <br />new use is established or existing use is enlarged. Screening and landscaping as <br />described in this section may be required where it is necessary to protect the aesthetic <br />characteristics of residential neighborhoods (one space equals 300 square feet). When <br />application of these regulations results in a requirement of a fraction space, any fraction <br />up to and including one-half shall be disregarded.
