Craig is currently the <br />appointed City Engineer for the City of East Bethel and Township Engineer <br />for Linwood and Hassan Townships. Craig has been serving the City of <br />East Bethel since 1998. <br />EXPERIENCE <br />Craig has extensive experience in general municipal engineering projects <br />including the design and construction of municipal state aid and local <br />streets; residential and commercial plan review; residential and commercial <br />site and utility design, municipal water source and storage design, and <br />comprehensive storm water planning. He has developed City Engineering <br />Standards Manuals for the Cities of East Bethel and Otsego. Craig has <br />successfully obtained over $2 4 million in grant money from Mn/DOT for <br />the City of East Bethel through the Cooperative Agreement Program. The <br />grant money has been used for construction and access <br />control/consolidation along Trunk Highway 65. <br />Craig has worked with numerous private developers as Project Manager and <br />Design Engineer. He has assisted with the development of lots in the Cities <br />of Andover, Ham Lake and Zimmerman. <br />PROJECT EXAMPLES <br />City of East Bethel — City Engineer <br />• Project Manager for Municipal Well #2. <br />• Assist with 2030 Comprehensive Plan Preparation. <br />• Project Manager for the "Radium Remediation Alternatives Report <br />— Whispering Aspen Well". <br />• Project Manager for the "Evaluation of the Castle Towers <br />Wastewater Treatment Plant". <br />• Project Manager for the "Southern Highway 65 Corridor Water <br />and Sewer System" feasibility report. <br />• Provides ongoing support for the operations of the Castle Towers <br />Wastewater Treatment Plant. <br />• Design Engineer for John Anderson Park Improvements. <br />• Project Manager for East Bethel Ice Arena Park and Pool facility. <br />• Project Manager for the 209th Avenue and Johnson Street West <br />Highway 65 Service Road. <br />• Project Manager for the design and construction and reconstruction <br />of numerous Municipal State Aid Streets including: <br />o Wild Rice Drive Reconstruction Project <br />o Klondike Drive Reconstruction Project <br />o Aberdeen Street and Davenport Street reconstruction <br />o Jackson Street, 197th Avenue, Klondike Drive and Polk <br />Street Reconstruction Project <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
