1 ORDINANCE #12- <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 CITY OF RAMSEY <br />5 ANOKA COUNTY <br />6 STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 117 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND <br />11 SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />12 MINNESOTA. <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 AN ORDINANCE CREATING SECTION 117-116a (SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS <br />16 AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDS IN ALL EMPLOYMENT DISTRICTS) OF <br />17 CHAPTER 117 OF THE RAMSEY CITY CODE. <br />18 <br />19 The City of Ramsey ordains: <br />20 <br />21 SECTION 1 AUTHORITY <br />22 <br />23 This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the City Charter of the City of <br />24 Ramsey. <br />25 <br />26 SECTON 2 AMENDMENTS <br />27 <br />28 City Code Sections 117-116a (Special Requirements and Performance Standards in All <br />29 Employment Districts) is amended as follows (additions indicated as underline. deletions <br />30 indicated as strike through): <br />31 <br />32 Sec. 117-116a. Special Requirements and Performance Standards in All <br />33 Employment and Office Park Districts. <br />34 <br />35 (al Building Materials and Design: To ensure attractive industrial development, the <br />36 City has a set of design requirements applicable to all industrial development. <br />37 This is applicable to the E-1, E-2 and Office Park Districts. <br />38 <br />39 (11 Building Materials: All exterior wall finishes on any building in an <br />40 Employment District shall be: <br />41 a. Face brick: <br />42 <br />43 b. Stucco: <br />44 <br />45 c. Glass: <br />46 <br />47 d. Natural Stone: <br />1 <br />
