48 <br />49 e. Fiber cement vertical panel siding provided that seam lines are <br />50 architecturally integrated into the building design so that they are not <br />51 visible. Seam lines can be filled, covered by other accent material or other <br />52 method thereby making the seam lines invisible. <br />53 <br />54 f. Architectural concrete and precast panels shall be acceptable as the <br />55 mai or exterior wall surface when they are incorporated into an overall <br />56 design of the building. <br />57 <br />58 a. Architectural metal may be considered with matt finish and with <br />59 neutral or earth tone colors: <br />60 <br />61 h. Color impregnated decorative block shall also be allowed as a <br />62 maior exterior wall material, and shall be reauired to be sealed: <br />63 <br />64 i.
