322 swales. rivers. water bodies and wetlands located on the <br />323 site. including depth of water. bottom slope. a description <br />324 of body materials and all vegetation which may be found <br />325 in the water body. a statement of water turbidity. a <br />326 statement of water quality. and a classification given to <br />327 the water body by the state department of natural <br />328 resources and the Minnesota PCA. if any. The <br />329 topography map shall indicate the floodwav and/or flood <br />330 fringe lines and shall indicate the ordinary high water <br />331 mark of the river. <br />332 iv. A plan delineating existing drainaae of the water setting <br />333 forth in which direction the volume and at what rate <br />334 stormwater is conveyed from the site and setting forth <br />335 those areas of the site where stormwater collects and is <br />336 gradually percolated into the ground or slowly released to <br />337 a stream or lake. The quality of water runoff and water <br />338 infiltrated to the water table or aauifer shall be as hiah <br />339 after development as it was before development of the <br />340 site. The quantity of runoff shall be limited to the <br />341 discharae rates listed in the citv's comprehensive storm <br />342 drainaae plan. <br />343 v. A description of the soils of the site, a map indicating soil <br />344 types by areas to be disturbed. as well as a soil report <br />345 prepared by a soil scientist containina information on the <br />346 suitability of the soils for type of development proposed <br />347 and for the type of sewage disposal and describing any <br />348 remedial steps to be taken by the developer to render the <br />349 soils suitable. All areas proposed for grading shall be <br />350 identified by soil type. both as to soil type of existina top <br />351 soil and soil type of the new contour. The location and <br />352 extent of any erosion areas shall be indicated. <br />353 vi. A description of the flora and fauna which occupy the site <br />354 and are occasionally found thereon. setting forth with <br />355 detail those areas where unique plant or animal species <br />356 may be found on the site. <br />357 vii. A description of any features. buildings or areas that are <br />358 of historic significance. <br />359 viii. A map indicating proposed finished arade showing <br />360 contours are the same intervals as provided above or as <br />361 reauired to clearly indicate the relationship of proposed <br />362 changes to existing topography and remaining features. <br />9 <br />
