403 xiii. The proposed size. alignment. height and intended use of <br />404 any structures to be erected or located on the site <br />405 including building elevations (front. side and rear). <br />406 xiv. A clear delineation of all areas that shall be paved or <br />407 surfaced including a description of the surface material to <br />408 be used. <br />409 xv. A description of the method to be provided for vehicular <br />410 and pedestrian access to the proposed development and <br />411 public access to the river and/or public river view <br />412 opportunities both before and after development: a <br />413 description of the development's impact on existing views <br />414 along the river. <br />415 xvi. Trail right-of-way shall be provided to the city in <br />416 accordance with the general alignment as shown on the <br />417 Proposed Mississippi River Trail Corridor Map dated <br />418 12/1/89 and approved by the council on 12/12/89 to allow <br />419 for development of the Mississippi River Corridor Trail. <br />420 Trail right-of-way shall be inclusive of street rights -of -way <br />421 in existing developed areas as of August 12, 1985.
