A description of all parkins facilities to be provided as <br />part of the development of the site including analysis of <br />parkins needs generated by the proposed development. <br />xviii. A delineation of the area to be dedicated for public use. <br />xix. A delineation of the location and amounts of excavated <br />soils to be stored on the site during construction. <br />xx. Any other information pertinent to the particular proiect <br />which in the opinion of the inspector or applicant is <br />necessary or helpful for the review of the proiect. <br />3. It is recognized that not all types of development have the <br />same potential for causing harm to the environment: <br />therefore. three classifications of development are <br />established: <br />i. Construction of one new sinale-familv home on a lot in a <br />plat. <br />ii. Construction of one new single-family home on a lot <br />described by metes and bounds. <br />iii. Development on more than one parcel of residential <br />property or any development of commercial or industrial <br />property. It is intended that this classification shall include <br />all proposed plats and subdivisions that create two or <br />more parcels. <br />iv. Classification of subsection (6)b.3.ii and iii of this section <br />must provide all of the information reauested in section <br />117-146(6)b. Classification of subsection (6)b.3.i of this <br />section shall provide a certificate of survey to the building <br />inspector at the time the building permit is applied for. The <br />building inspector shall review the lot for which the <br />building permit is reauested by reviewing that data <br />submitted for the environmental permit for the plat in <br />which the lot is located. This review shall be made in <br />order to ensure that the permit standards adopted herein <br />are complied with and that the construction of such a <br />single-family home will be consistent with said permit <br />standards. <br />(7.) Expiration. extension and revisions.. <br />a. A permittee shall beain the work authorized by the permit within 60 <br />days from the date of issuance of the permit unless a different date <br />for the commencement of work is set forth in the permit.
