Rules pt. 6120.3300, and the <br />554 protected waters inventory map for the county. In order to guide the wise <br />555 development and utilization of shorelands of protected waters for the <br />556 preservation of water quality, natural characteristics, economic values and <br />557 the general health, safety and welfare, certain protected waters in the city <br />558 have been given a shoreland management classification. <br />559 <br />560 (2) These protected waters of the city have been classified by the commissioner <br />561 of natural resources as follows: <br />562 <br />564 <br />565 <br />566 <br />567 <br />568 <br />569 <br />570 <br />Natural Environment Lakes DNR I.D. # <br />a. The purpose of the Shoreland Overlay <br />District is to provide for the wise utilization of shoreland areas in order to <br />preserve the quality and natural character of these protected waters of the <br />city. Boundaries of the Shoreland Overlay District shall be as defined by <br />shoreland in section 117-1 <br />15 <br />
