<br />subpart 3, item A, and part 6105.0240, and the notice(s) must
<br />include a detailed description of the proposal.
<br />i. The City shall. within ten (10) days of final action. submit
<br />to the commissioner of natural resources copies of final
<br />decisions on variances. conditional use permits. interim
<br />use permits. and plats.
<br />2. The City shall. prior to considering the proposal or requests..
<br />submit copies of all preliminary plats and Planned Unit
<br />Developments to the commissioner of natural resources for
<br />approval.
<br />1853 (3) Enforcement.
<br />1854 a. It is declared unlawful for any person to violate any of the terms and
<br />1855 provisions of this subdivision. Violation thereof shall be a
<br />1856 misdemeanor. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall
<br />1857 constitute a separate offense.
<br />1858 b. In the event of a violation or a threatened violation of this subdivision,
<br />1859 the city or the commissioner of natural resources, in addition to other
<br />1860 remedies, may institute appropriate actions or proceedings to
<br />1861 prevent, restrain, or abate such violations or threatened violations.
<br />1862 c. Any taxpayer of the city may institute mandamus proceedings in the
<br />1863 district court to compel specific performance by the proper official of
<br />1864 any duty required by this subdivision.

<br />1870 The purpose of this subdivision is to control bluff land and river land development in
<br />1871 order to protect and preserve the outstanding scenic, recreational, natural, historical, and
<br />1872 scenic values of the Rum River in Ramsey, Minnesota, in a manner consistent with Minn.
