1918 (3) The provisions of Minn. Rules pts. 6105.0010-6105.0250 shall apply within <br />1919 the Scenic River Land Use District, as specified in the Minn. Rules pts. <br />1920 6105.1400-6105.1500. Where the provisions of this Code are in conflict with <br />1921 Minn. Rules pts. 6105.1400-6105.1500, the provisions of Minn. Rules pts. <br />1922 6105.1400-6105.1500 shall apply. Copies of Minn. Rules pts. 6105.0010- <br />1923 6105.0250 and 6105.1400-6105.1500 shall be kept on file in the office of <br />1924 the administrator. <br />1925 (Code 1978, § 9.23.04; Ord. The urban area of the Scenic River Land Use District is <br />1929 designated the Urban Area Overlay District. <br />1930 (2) Permitted uses are all permitted uses allowed and regulated by the <br />1931 applicable zoning district underlying the urban area overlay district, as <br />1932 indicated on the official zoning map of the city, except that public roads, utility <br />1933 crossings, and all private and commercial recreation uses shall be conditional <br />1934 uses. <br />1935 (3) Conditional uses are all conditional uses and applicable attached conditions <br />1936 allowed and regulated by the applicable zoning district underlying the urban <br />1937 area overlay district, as indicated on the official zoning map of the city. <br />1938 <br />1939 (4) Rural areas. The uses allowed within the rural area of the Rum River Scenic <br />1940 Land Use District shall be those prescribed for a Scenic River Minn. Rules pt. <br />1941 6105.0100 as follows: <br />Scenic River <br />(1) Governmental campgrounds, subject to management plan specifications and the provisions of P" <br />section 117 261 section 117-224(0i)." <br />(2) Private campgrounds, subject to management plan specifications and the provisions of section C"" <br />117 261 section 117-224(4i). <br />(3) Public accesses, road access type with boat launching facilities subject to management plan P <br />specifications and the provisions of section 117 261 section 117-224(gi). <br />(4) Public accesses, trail access type, subject to management plan specifications and the P <br />provisions of section 117 261 section 117-224(ei). <br />1 (5) Temporary docks. C <br />(6) Other governmental open space recreational uses, subject to management plan specifications P <br />and the provisions of section 117 261 section 117-224(4i). <br />(7) Other private open space recreational uses, subject to management plan specifications and C <br />the provisions of section 117 261 section 117-224(4i). <br />1 (8) Agricultural uses.
