Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates to serve as the <br />cvonsultant engineer for the City of Ramsey for calendar year 1986 and to amend <br />paragraph 6A of the engineering services agreement with the City dated May 17, <br />1982 such that the multiplier be increased to 2.80 and that the hourly rate in <br />paragraph 6B be changed to $55.00 per hour; also, to add an additional <br />paragraph to the May 17, 1982 agreement which permits the engineer to charge <br /> January 14, 1986 <br /> <br />Page 6 of 22 <br /> <br /> <br />
