Councilm~mber Cox stated that he has heard from certain <br />people that they do not like the discrepancy between what the City is charged <br />and what private developers are charged; that the fee rate used, whatever it <br />happens to be, should apply to both the City and developers. Councilmember <br />Reimann stated that the Personnel Committee discussed this issue and the reason <br />the City is being charged less is because there are long range benefits <br />associated with City work that make up for the discounted fee. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
