Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />adopt Resolution #86-4 for the Northfork P.U.D. Scoping EAW and authorizing the <br />EIS Preparation Notice. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution 984- <br />6). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmeubers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />B. Norhhfork Snowplowing_and Rai]road Cate <br /> <br />Council noted letter dated January 3, 1986 which is an agreement between the <br />City and Northfork relating to the snowplowing of their emergency access and <br />the construction of a gate on the south side of the railroad tracks on the <br />emergency access road. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that Staff detemined that this agreement was authorized by <br />the develouuent agreement. <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman stated that Staff is recommending a joint Council/Commissions <br />meeting to discuss concerns and promote better communication. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Mayor Heitman to schedule a <br />joint meeting between City Council and Commissions at 7:00 p.m. on Tnursday, <br />March 6, 1986 at Ramsey City Hall. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Mayor Heitman directed Mr. Goodrich to prepare an agenda <br />for the joint Council/Commission meeting for Council review. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
