PROCEEDINGS OF CITY 00UNCIL <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> <br />S~TE OF MINNESO~ <br /> <br />~he Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, March 25, 1986 <br />at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Heitman <br />Councilmember Arnie COx <br />Councilm~mber Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Dave Hartley <br />City Planner Anne Norris <br />Finance Officer Noel Graczyk <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />Reporter Kathy Cassidy <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman called the regular Council meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. and led <br />in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />~here was none. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF A~ENr3A <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Mayor Heitman to approve the agenda <br />with the following addition: <br /> <br /> Case #22: Amendments To ~he 1986 General Fund Budget <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: <br />Reimann.
