PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a special meeting on Monday, June 30, 1986 at <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Heitman <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br />Councilmember Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Jean Schlueter <br />Councilmember Arnie Cox <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka (Arrived 7:42 p.m.) <br />City Attorney William Goodrich (Arrived 7:51 p.m.) <br />Reporter Kathy Cassidy <br /> <br />~ALL TO .ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman called the special Council meeting to order at 7:38 p.m. and led <br />in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to approve <br />the agenda with the following adjustment: <br /> <br /> 1. Request to attend Institute for Minnesota Clerks and Finance Officers <br /> to be discussed during Case #7 - Staffing Needs. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />pUBL%C ~EARING <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman adjourned the special Council meeting at 7:40 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the following public hearing: <br /> <br /> 1.
