Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Drainage Efforts Being Performed By Twin City SkelEas; <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox stated that Skelgas has been pumping water steady to help <br />alleviate drainage problems and has not asked for any assistance from the city. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Reimann directing <br />city staff to review funds expended by Twin City Skelgas in their pumping <br />efforts and report back to city council with a reasonable recommendation for <br />compensation, i.e., $500-$1,000. <br /> <br />Motion failed. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Cox and Reimann. Voting No: <br />Councilmembers Sorteberg and Schlueter. Abstain: Mayor Heitman. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Mayor Heitman indicating that on <br />page 8 of 14 in the June 24, 1986 Council minutes, the areas to be excluded <br />from the storm sewer taxing districts are not properly identified as to what <br />district they would have been included in. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Council noted that the continuance of Mr. Hartley's performance evaluation was <br />to take place at the end of tonight's regular agenda; consensus was to continue <br />Mr. Hartley's performance evaluation until the special meeting of August 12, <br />1986. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Schlueter and seconded by Mayor Heitman to adjourn the <br />regular Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter.
