Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox and <br />Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />personnel - Sylvia Frolik: <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that the agenda recommends a full-time status start date of <br />9/2/86; from an accounting standpoint, it would be better to coincide the start <br />date with the beginning of a payroll period. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Schlueter to approve <br />the regular full-time status classification of Mrs. Sylvia Frolik as Clerical <br />III commencing August 30, 1986, to waive any probationary period, and implement <br />a pay plan as recommended by the Personnel Committee. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox and <br />Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Personnel - Janice Bye: <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that it is also being recommended that Ms. Bye's start date <br />be August 30, 1986. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Schlueter to place <br />Mrs. Janice By on a regular full-time status as Accounting Clerk I to be <br />reviewed after a six-month probationary period starting July 15, 1986 and that <br />a pay plan be implemented consistent with the recommendation of the Personnel <br />Committee. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox and <br />Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />personnel - Lester Wirz: <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that past Council discussion was that Mr. Wirz be <br />compensated 15% above regular salary for acting as building inspector as well <br />as city assessor until a building inspector was hired. Mr. Wirz was <br />compensated for that period from October, 1985 through December 31, 1985.
