Mr. Tranby was present requesting a metes and bounds subdivision of 10 acres <br />from property located on the southeast corner of the intersection of 173rd <br />Avenue and Baugh Street. <br /> <br />Motion by Counc ilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to approve <br />Mr. David Tranby's request for metes and bounds subdivision contingent upon Mr. <br />Tranby entering into a development agreement that no further subdivision of the <br />property will be allowed until such time as additional access is provided to <br />the property to the City's specifications. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox and <br />Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Request For Metes And Bounds Subdivision; Case Of Mr, A~ M~, <br /> <br />Mr. Meyer was present requesting a metes and bounds subdivision of a 15.6 acre <br />parcel from his existing 40 acre parcel. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to approve <br />Mr. and Mrs. Roger Meyer's request for a metes and bounds subdivision. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox and <br />Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Request For Conditional Use Permit To Operate SnowplowinE <br /> Operatio~ From Home; Case Of Mr. Scott SDrin~er: <br /> <br />Mr. Scott Springer was present requesting a conditional use permit to operate a <br />snowplowing operation from his home at 8872 175th Lane NW. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that Planning and Zoning conducted a public hearing and <br />recommended approval of the request; Ms. Norris is recommending disapproval <br />based on the findings of fact; Ms. Norris also points out that Mr. Springer <br />provide assisstance to area residents by plowing streets. <br /> <br />Mr. Springer stated that his case is a result of Mr. Goodrich and Ms. Norris <br />noticing his property while following up on another zoning complaint. Mr. <br />Springer stated that all 6 of his vehicles are licensed and he can't store them <br />inside because code doesn't allow for a large enough accessory structure on his <br />property.
