Beginning a new project at this time will put it into an <br />excellent bidding period, January, which has not been the case with the present <br />project. Staff has also visited with Coon Rapids regarding deferment of <br />assessments; the City can now think about a financial plan with a great deal <br />more information than was available with past proceedings. Changing the scope <br />of the project reflects complete adherance to the City Charter and ordinances. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Schlueter and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />reject bids received for sewer and water improvements to the Industrial Area. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Schlueter to <br />adopt Resolution #86-158 ordering preparation of a feasibility report for the <br />extension of utilities into the Industrial Area of Ramsey.
