Parks/Utilities Supervisor Riverblood stated they may phase in the different areas.

Commissioner Olds indicated he needed to see something on paper and not just through word of
mouth.

Chairperson Johns noted she remembered early on in the process that the developer told them to
dream big and decide what they wanted in the area and that was what the Commission has done.

Chairperson Johns asked what the timeline should be to have a meeting.

Mr. Olson indicated he thought they should have a meeting in the next couple of weeks.

Parks/Utilities Supervisor Riverblood explained they should have a meeting in one week because
it will take a while to research the costs on what they would want.

Chairperson Johns asked what they needed to prioritize.

Parks/Utilities Supervisor Riverblood indicated they should prioritize everything except perhaps
the school site.

Chairperson Johns agreed.

Commissioner Olds noted anything outside of the business district they should concentrate on.

Parks/Utilities Supervisor Riverblood stated he thought there was strong consensus on what they
want in there and if there is discrepancy on cost, maybe some of the larger items could get
deleted. They need a plan to work on to show.

Consensus of the Commission was to schedule a meeting for Wednesday at Central Park at 12:00
p.m.

Commissioner Ostrum noted they should probably use one list and help the developer with ideas.

Parks/Utilities Supervisor Riverblood asked if there was any opposition to inviting Mr. Bruce
Jacobson to the meeting.

The Commission indicated it would be fine.

Commissioner Ostrum advised that they need to be real careful as a Commission that they do not
make exceptions with this park because they do not want to set precedence.

Case #3: Receive Proposals for Sunfish Lake Property

Parks/Utilities Supervisor Riverblood explained the purpose of this case is to receive proposals
for t he concept planning project for the City owned 1 and w est o f Sunfish Lake.
