Change job posting from ten working days to five working days as proposed October 14, 1988. B. Union withdraws proposal for seniority preference on vacancies. Overtime Union maintains proposal that vacation, sick leave and compensatory time off count as hours worked for purposes of computing overtime. Union agrees to accept employers call back language (09-09- 88). 8.1 notice provision for changing work week and comp time provisions of current agreement are resolved. Part-time Employees -- no change from current Agreement. Hold prior proposal to set employer insurance contribution at $195.00 per month. Union withdraws dental insurance and life insurance proposals.
