following date of employment to at least the six (6) month <br />rate upon satisfactory completion of one thousand forty <br />(1040) compensated hours, exclusive of overtime and to at <br />least the range minimum upon satisfactory completion of two <br />thousand eighty (2080) hours, exclusive of overtime. At <br />initial hire, a new employee may be placed at the entry <br />level, six (6) month level or the minimum level at the <br />discretion of the Employer. Employees starting at the six <br />(6) month rate shall move to the minimum upon satisfactory <br />completion of one thousand forty (1040) hours and then such <br />employee shall receive a five percent (5%) performance <br />increase every two thousand eighty (2080) hours until the <br />maximum is based on a satisfactory evaluation. If an <br />employee starts at the minimum rate such employee shall <br />receive a five percent (5%) performance increase upon <br />satisfactory completion of one thousand forty (1040) hours <br />and then such employee shall receive a five percent (5%) <br />performance increase upon the satisfactory completion of <br />every two thousand eighty (2080) hours thereafter. <br /> <br />Promotions - If an employee is promoted to a higher pay <br />grade, such employee shall go to the minimum of the new pay <br />range or receive a five percent (5%) raise, whichever is <br />greater. Upon the successful completion of one thousand <br />forty (1040) hours, the employee shall receive a five <br />percent (5%) performance increase. Thereafter, upon <br />successful completion of two thousand eighty (2080) hours, <br />the employee shall receive a five percent (5%) performance <br />increase annually.
