AFSCME LOCAL 2454 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />PROPOSED PAY PLAN <br />JANUARY 27, 1989 <br /> <br />ae <br /> <br />Range assignments to positions shall continue on the <br />same basis as under the prior agreement except for: <br /> <br />Data Entry Clerk - Move from Range 1 to Range 2. <br />Department Secretary - Police Department - retitle <br />to Department Secretary II and move from Range 2 <br />to Range 3. <br />Heavy Equipment Operator - Move from Range 2 to <br />Range 3. <br />Add Utility Park Coordinator - Range 3 <br />What is Colleen Rybak's Classification? <br />How many "Comparable Worth" points did each of the <br />new classifications receive? <br /> <br />Entry and six month rates are established at eighty <br />percent (80%) and ninety percent (90%) of range minimum <br />as established under prior agreement addendum. <br /> <br />Range Minimum and Maximum is established by using Page <br />26 of the January, 1987, Comparable Worth report. <br /> <br />The proposed 1989 range increases are five percent (5%) <br />or fifty cents ($.50) per hour, whichever is greater, <br />above the 1988 ranges. <br /> <br />Current personnel shall be paid relative to the above <br />ranges as follows: <br /> <br />Each employee shall receive a five percent (5%) or <br />fifty cents ($.50) per hour increase, whichever is <br />greater, effective January 1, 1989. <br /> <br />Each employee who has completed at least one year of <br />service and who receives at least a satisfactory <br />performance evaluation shall receive an additional per- <br />formance increase of five percent (5%) payable at the <br />first full payroll period following the employee's <br />anniversary date of employment. <br /> <br />Employees with two thousand eighty (2080) hours of <br />employment -- As Employer proposed in 2.d.. <br /> <br />New employees who receive a satisfactory or better <br />performance evaluation shall be guaranteed salary movement <br /> <br /> <br />
