Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #5: Consider Acquisition Of Tax Forfeit Lands: <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley noted that one of the parcels Anoka County is scheduling for tax forfeit is that <br />parcel Council authorized purchase of as possible park property to serve Countryside <br />Estates. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to adopt <br />Resolution #89-04-66 approving classification and requesting that the Anoka County Board <br />withhold from sale PIN 0:06-32-25-14-0009 for public purpose as a municipal park. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson.
