Art Raudio - 1404 South Broadway - Sauk Rapids - Requested being added to the agenda <br />regarding a grading plan for development in River's Bend as it relates to the Grading and Mining <br />Ordinance. <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann noted that the Council already has a full agenda. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that at this time, City Staff is not in a position to advise City Council or Mr. <br />Raudio regarding the interpretation of the Grading and Mining Ordinance. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich requested that Mr. Raudio provide City Staff with the specifics regarding the <br />grading ordinance Mr. Raudio claims to be grandfathered in under. <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann directed City Staff to keep concerned residents of River's Bend informed as to the <br />status of resolving current development issues. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to approve the <br />agenda with the following adjustments and additions: <br /> <br />Consent Agenda/Item #4 - Bills For Approval/as revised. <br /> <br />Add Case #21: Status of Site P <br /> <br />Add Case #22: Change Order for River's Bend Park Project #88-14 <br /> <br />Add Mayor/Council Input Item (b): Discussion of RYAA application for food service <br />license. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Peterson and <br />Cich.
