That staff inspected the site several times and determined that, due to the setback requirement <br /> from Rogers Lake, there is no way to avoid the necessity of a variance for construction of an <br /> accessory structure. <br /> <br />29. That the variance requested is/is not~ the minimum variance which would alleviate the <br /> hardship. <br /> <br />30. That if granted, the variance will/will m)t impair an adequate supply of light and air to <br /> adjacent property. <br /> <br />31. That if grantedl the variance will/will not unreasonably increase the congestion in the public <br /> street. <br /> <br />32. That if granted, the variance will/will not increase the danger of fire or endanger the public <br /> safety. <br /> <br />33. That the special conditions do/do not result from the actions of the Applicant. <br /> <br />34. That if granted, the variance will/will not unreasonably diminish property values in the <br /> neighborhood. <br /> <br />35. That if granted, the variance will/~vill not violate the intent of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />36.
