Mayor Reimann called the regular Council meeting back to order at 7:45 p.m. CONSENT AGENDA Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to approve the following items contained in the Consent Agenda: 1. License Applications 2. Resolution #89-06-116 approving first half bills for June, 1989. 3. Resolutions approving plans and specifications and ordering advertisement for bids for 1989 sealcoating projects: #89-06-117 for Project #89-5 (153rd Avenue N.W. between C.S.A.H. No. 5 and S.T.H. No. 47) #89-06-118 for Project #89-6 (Rodeo Hills Estates) //89-06-119 for Project #89-7 (Beaudry's Second Addition) #89-06-120 for Project #89-8 (153rd Avenue N.W. between Armstrong Blvd. N.W. and Puma Street N.W.) #89-06-121 for Project #89-9 (153rd Avenue N.W. between S.T.H. No. 47 and Roanoke Street N.W.) 4. Resolution #89-06-122 approving partial payment to Burlington Northern Railroad Company for Project #88-21 (153rd Avenue N.W. railroad crossing) in the amount of $46,546.00). 5. Resolution #89-06-123 approving regular full-time status of Steven Lutmer. 6.
