She ad~sed K,honda Morris has <br />entered into a purchase a~eement for the pre~e,'dsfing homestead end two ouflots proposed in the <br />re'-~nrly approved Harmony Addition. Nfs. Morris breeds and'raises horses for her persona/use and <br />proposes to cnrz'u-a~ a rots2 of 25,659 square feet in new accessory buildings on the 35-acre parcel <br />to accommodate this special interest. Zoning Administrator Frolik displayed a picn.u'e of the <br />proposed srz'ucmre and rev/ewer e,'Cerior treatment and materials to be used as well as proposed <br />landscaping. She adv/sed of be ne~ for lower b ,uflding elevations which face CR.~5 to contain brick <br />ven~r and noted a rnachkne,w, building and hay storage building are also proposed.
