a. Natural Features. Landscape Buffering. Landscape buffering is-a-technique used to.buffer <br />existing single family residential developments from proposed residential <br />developments with higher densities that uses either existing or newly planted <br />vegetation. <br /> <br />Determination of Buffering Attainment Level <br />a. Proposed Urban Development adjacent to Existing Urban <br /> Development. This section applies to proposed urban residential <br /> developments that are adjacent to an existing urban residential <br /> development. Matching the proposed development to the adjacent <br /> existing development in the following chart determines the level of <br /> buffering or "Attainment" required.
