If the Board of Adjustment does <br />approve the variance and the Planning Commission wishes to consider approving the minor <br />subdivision, staff would suggest such approval be contingent on the applicant dedicating 66 feet <br />of 177th Ave. right-of-way along the southern border of kis property.
