Street Improvement <br /> Project #89-2: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adopt <br />Resolution #89-07-158 accepting bids for the Improvement Project #89-2 and awarding a <br />contract to W.B. Miller for such improvement. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #14: Draft Guidelines For Lower Rum River Water Management <br /> Organization: <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that many of the proposed guidelines can have a significant impact on <br />the community and suggested that the draft be reviewed in detail by Planning and Zoning <br />and City Council. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to submit the <br />draft guidelines for the Lower Rum River Water Management Organization to the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission for review and comment and subsequent to that, schedule a City <br />Council review of the draft guidelines on another City Council agenda prior to the regular <br />meeting starting time. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #15: <br /> <br />Consider Abandoning Driveway Eastement Between Highway <br />#10 And Front Street: <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that the City has maintained a driveway easement serving three homes <br />located behind Econ Marketing. Those homes now have access onto Front Street and there <br />is no longer a need for the City to maintain the easement. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to formally <br />acknowledge that the City no longer has an interest in that certain driveway located between <br />Highway #10 and Front Street on Lot 2, Auditor's Subdivision 26, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota; that the City no longer maintains said easement. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
