Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #11: Status Of Improvements In Oakwood Hills Addition: <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka reported that to date, Mr. Schulte has paved both the streets in Oakwood Hills <br />Addition; the improvements remaining to be completed are ditch grading, application of topsoil and <br />seeding. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that City Staff is recommending that seeding be delayed until August 10; <br />existing letters of credit should be extended or renewed. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to reduce the <br />performance letter of credit for Oakwood Hills to $10,000 until all improvements have been <br />completed and accepted by the City Engineer and to extend the maintenance letter of credit through <br />and including September 15, 1990. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Peterson and <br />Cich. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #12: Report On Ute Street N.W.: <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka reported that per Council direction, he has performed a preliminary study regarding <br />improvements to Ute Street N.W. Mr. Raatikka stated that an additional 20 feet of right-of-way <br />would be required to bring the right-of-way width up to 50 feet; constructing a street with a 66 foot <br />right-of-way width would require the removal of many mature trees, which would add greatly to <br />the cost of construction. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to schedule an <br /> <br />City Council/July 25, 1989 <br />Page 12 of 15 <br /> <br /> <br />
