Councilmember Pearson requested that City Staff report back to Council regarding <br />the reason for changing the order for 'deaf children in the area' signs from 3 to 4. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Request To Rezone The Proposed Plat Of Juniper Woods From R-1 <br />Rural Residential To R-1 Urban Residential; Case Of Mr. Dick <br />Knutson, BLH Development Company: <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart reported that the City's request for a MUSA boundary expansion has been approved. <br />A portion of that expansion was designated to accommodate Juniper Woods. Mr. Knutson of <br />BLH Development Company is now requesting approval to rezone the proposed Juniper Woods <br />from R-1 Rural Residential to R-1 Urban Residential. The Planning and Zoning Commission has <br />conducted the public hearing and recommends approval of the request. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Cich to adopt Findings of <br />Fact #0256 relating to Mr. Dick Knutson's request to rezone the proposed Juniper Woods from R- <br />I Rural Residential to R-1 Urban Residential. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
