The plat consists of 100 single family lots on 56 acres
located northwest of Ramsey Terrace. Because of the combined size of the 3 plats in the general
area (Windemere Woods, Cedar Hills and Chestnut Hills), Council ordered an environmental
assessment worksheet. City Staff is recommending tabling preliminary plat approval until a
definite reading has been received from the Army Corps of Engineers and the Park and Recreation
Commission regarding the joint park area proposed for the three subdivisions.

City Council/July 25, 1989
