Louis <br />Construction for Improvement Project #87-19 (extension of sewer and water to <br />Induslrial area) in the amount of $58,658.11. <br /> <br />35. <br /> <br />Resolution #89-08-226 approving pay estimate no. 1 to Bentec Engineering <br />Corporation for Improvement Project #87-19 (elevated storage tank no. 1 controls) <br />in the amount of $11,542.50. <br /> <br />36. <br /> <br />Resolution #89-08-227 approving pay estimate no. 9 to CBI Na-Con, Inc. for <br />Improvement Project #87-19 (elevated storage tank no. 1) in the amount of <br />$13,576.03. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS (CONTINUED) <br /> <br />Case 4/2: Request For Site Plan Review Of Rum River Liquor <br /> Warehouse; Case of Mr. Lyle Wirz: <br /> <br />Mr. Otto reviewed the site plan with City Council noting that it has been revised to a zero <br />lot line concept. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley noted that the recommendations of the City Engineer and Planning and Zoning <br />Commission referred to in Item #3 of the proposed development permit are intended to be <br />attached to the permit in the form of repons and minutes. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to approve <br />Lyle Wirz's site plan for the Rum River Liquor Warehouse contingent upon compliance <br />with the City Engineer repons dated July 25 and August 21, 1989. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #3: <br /> <br />Request For Final Plat Approval For Dellwood Hills Addition; <br />Case of Mr. Lee Hennen: <br /> <br />Mr. Otto stated that the proposed plat of Dellwood Hills Addition has been reviewed and <br />recommended for approval by the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Park and <br />Recreation Commission.
