Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #4: Request For Final Plat Approval For Alicia Addition; Case of <br /> Mr. Thomas Opsahl: <br /> <br />Mr. Otto stated that the Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval of <br />the proposed Alicia Addition. An item of controversy was whether or not 171st and Rabbit <br />Street should be constructed to the property boundaries; the developer has agreed to <br />construct the streets to the plat boundaries. City Staff is recommending approval of the plat <br />contingent upon compliance with the City Engineer's report dated August 10, 1989. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to adopt <br />Resolution #89-08-229 approving the final plat of Alicia Addition contingent upon <br />compliance with the City Engineer's report dated August 10, 1989. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #5: Request For Final Plat Approval Of Evergreen Estates <br /> Addition; Case Of Mr. Louis Wilhelmi: <br /> <br />This case was withdrawn from the agenda at the request of the applicant. <br /> <br />Case #6: Request For Final Plat Approval For Northfork 3rd Addition; <br /> Case Of Mr. Dennis Peck: <br /> <br />This case was withdrawn from the agenda at the request of the applicant. <br /> <br />Case #9: Adopt Ordinance To Rezone Juniper Woods; Case Of Mr. <br /> Dickman Knutson: <br /> <br />Mr. Otto explained that well over a year ago, Mr. Knutson submitted a preliminary plat to <br />develop Juniper Woods at urban densities. The plat was laid aside due to the fact that <br />Juniper Woods could not be developed at urban densities until the MUSA line was <br />expanded. The subject area was brought into the MUSA area and can now be developed at <br />urban densities. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adopt <br />Ordinance #89-18 to rezone the plat of Juniper Woods from R- 1 Rural Residential to R- 1 <br />Urban Residential. <br /> <br />Motion cm'ried.
