Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to approve <br />Mr. John Good's request for an access onto Roanoke Street. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Peterson suggested that it might be more appropriate <br />to table action on the request and direct City Staff to prepare findings of fact on which the <br />Council may base it's decision. <br /> <br />Councilmembers Pearson and Peterson withdrew their motion to approve Mr. Good's <br />request for an access onto Roanoke Street. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Councilmember <br />Pearson to table action on Mr. Good's request for an access onto Roanoke Street from Lot <br />9, Block 1, Stanhope River Hills and to direct City Staff to draft findings of fact for <br />Council consideration in approving the request. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Council consensus was that the driveway onto Roanoke Street would <br />be approved as proposed. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />a) Juniper Woods Addition <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann inquired if the City Council and other City commissions adhered to City <br />ordinances in processing the plat of Juniper Woods. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley replied that the plat of Juniper Woods was processed according to City <br />ordinances. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to approve the <br />following item contained in the Consent Agenda: <br /> <br />One day off-site gambling application from the Ramsey Lions Club for September <br />30, 1989 at the Rum River Plaza, 5900 167th Avenue N.W., and waive the 60 day <br />acknowledgement period. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT (CONTINUED) <br /> <br />b) Baseline contaminants <br /> <br />Councilmember Cich noted that he has still not been provided with documentation <br />indicating baseline contaminants for soil, air and water for the City of Ramsey; he is <br />requesting that the information be provided and officially entered into the City's records. <br /> <br />City Council/August 29, 1989 <br /> Page 7 of 8 <br /> <br /> <br />
