f) 156th Avenue Improvement Project <br /> <br />Councilmember Pearson inquired as to restoration and landscaping included in the <br />improvements to 156th. <br /> <br />Mr. Otto reported that Mr. Raafikka will be inspecting the subject area on September 27 and <br />reporting to concerned residents and concerned residents. <br /> <br />g) Improvements to 153rd Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that he has talked with Dan McGinnis, the one resident living on Puma <br />Street, and he has chosen to use 153rd as an access with the closing of Puma Street. <br /> <br />h) Complaint from resident regarding blocked ditches <br /> <br />Councilmember Cich stated that City Staff should be meeting with the resident that <br />complained that plugged ditches are causing the water to back up and drown the trees. <br /> <br />i) Status of lights at Central Park <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that a time clock will be installed at Central Park with a preset on and off <br />time for the lights. Currently, all coaches have a key to the master switch and are supposed <br />to be turning the lights off when they leave the fields and that is not being done. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adjourn the <br />regular City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson.
