PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Acting Mayor DeLuca adjourned the regular meeting at 7:05 p.m. in order to conduct the <br />following public hearings: <br /> <br />1. Proposed property tax levy for 1990. <br /> <br />Consider adoption of a modified Development Program for Development <br />District No. 1 and modified Tax Increment Financing Plans for TIF District <br />No. 1 and TIF District No. 4. <br /> <br />Acting Mayor DeLuca called the regular meeting back to order at 7:31 p.m. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley noted that Mayor Reimann has requested that the Council delay addressing <br />Cases #2 and #3 until he is present. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Cich to approve the <br />following items contained in the Consent Agenda: <br /> <br />1) License applications. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Resolution approving accounts payable transactions for the period October 16, <br />1989 through November 3, 1989 was tabled; refer to page 13 for further action. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />Resolutions declaring adequacy of petition and calling for a public hearing regarding <br />Project #89-13 (water, sewer and street surfacing of Rivlyn Street N.W.) was <br />tabled; refer to page 13 for further action. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />Resolution #89-11-298 ordering improvement and preparation of plans and <br />specifications for Improvement Project #89-17 (bituminous street surfacing of <br />Bison Street N.W.). <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />Resolution #89-11-299 approving change order no. 2 to Buck Blacktop, Inc. for <br />Improvement Project #89-1 (River's Bend Park south development). <br /> <br />6) <br /> <br />Resolution #89-11-300 proclaiming November to be Epilepsy Month in the City of <br />Ramsey. <br /> <br />7) <br /> <br />Resolution #89-11-301 approving a modified Development Program for <br />Development District No. 1, a modified Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax <br />Increment Financing District No. 1, and a modified Tax Increment Financing Plan <br />for Tax Increment Financing District No. 4. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor DeLuca, Councilmembers Pearson, Cich and <br />Peterson. Voting No: None.
