Absent: Commissioners <br /> <br />Request For A Conditional Use Permit To 0merate A Nursery And <br /> R~a£1 Sales In The R1-R Residential District~ Case Of Mr, <br /> <br />Mr. Wirz presented a site plan for his proposed nursery and retail sales on <br />a portion of his 40 acres located north of Brookview Estates. <br /> <br />The Commission informed Mr. Wirz that his plans for lighting and signs must <br />meet appropriate ordinances for B-1 Business District. <br /> <br />Ms. Norris noted that the Commission adopted findings of fact relating to <br />Mr. Wirz' request at the last Commission meeting. <br /> <br />The Commission proceeded to review the proposed conditional use permit <br />agreement and make the following amendments to it: <br /> <br />Add: 6. <br /> <br />Hours of operation will be 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Monday <br />through Saturday and 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Sundays and <br />holidays. <br /> <br />7. There shall be no above ground storage of fuel. <br /> <br />8.
