Further, that an additional 27' of easement on the <br />north side of the property be provided for future road improvements to County <br />Road #83. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Commissioner Deemer noted that any further subdivisions of <br />this property will require the minor platting process at the very least. <br />Commissioner Deemer noted that the new parcel could be subdivided into 3 <br />buildable lots; if Baugh Street is improved, that new parcel will be assessed <br />accordingly. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Functions of Park Commission. <br />2. Park dedication. <br />3. County park proposal along the Mississippi River. <br />4. Neighborhood versus central park system. <br />5.
