Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #12-12-XXX <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CASH DONATION OF EARNINGS FROM J. TODD EMBURY, ELECTION WORKER, <br />TO BE APPLIED TO THE PARK IMPROVEMENT FUND AS PRESCRIBED BY DONOR. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has received cash donation(s) from J. Todd Embury in the amount <br />of $ 175.75 ; and <br />WHEREAS, the donor elects to restrict the purpose of the donation to the Park Improvement <br />Fund. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby accepts donation made by J. Todd Embury in the amount <br />of$175.75. <br />2) The donation shall be applied to the Park Improvement Fund. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the <br />day of 2012. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />
