CC Regular Session 4. 7. <br />Meeting Date: 12/11/2012 <br />By: Tim Gladhill, Community Development <br />Information <br />Title: <br />Adopt Resolution Granting Request for Extension to Site Plan Approval of Stoney River <br />Background: <br />On August 23, 2011, the City Council approved the Plat entitled STONEY RIVER and site plan for Stoney River, <br />a 72-unit assisted living development. The Agreements were structured to require that the Plat be recorded within <br />one (1) year of approval, then allowing the site plan to be completed by the end of that calendar year (2012). The <br />Plat was properly recorded earlier this year and the Developer submitted a Building Permit for review. However, <br />said Building Permit has not been issued and the Developer has informed Staff that construction will not begin this <br />year.
