Commission reviewed proposed conditional use permit agreement and expressed <br />concern regarding the proximity of the septic system to Trott Brook and related <br />water levels. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to <br />recommend Council approval of the request by Trott Brook Gospel Hall for a <br />conditional use permit to expand the existing church facility at 17320 Nowthen <br />Blvd. Further, that the conditional use permit agreement be amended as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Add: Item #5: 'That the City Engineer should approve the septic system <br /> plans.' <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Deemer, <br />Zimmerman, Howell, Hendriksen and LaDue. Voting No: None. Absent: <br />Commissioner Shumway. <br /> <br />Case ~5~ Req~e~ FP~ Metes And Bounds Subdivision; Case Of Mr. Jerry <br /> Bauer: <br /> <br />Mr. Bauer was present and the Commission recommended that he accomplish the <br />requested subdivision by means of a mini-plat process. <br /> <br />Case #~: Re~e~t For City Participation (Tax Increment Funds) In Flintwood <br /> H~ll$ Second Addition; Case Of Mr. Art Raudio: <br /> <br />Ms. Norris stated that Mr. Raudio is requesting City participation in the form <br />of tax increment funds to assist in site improvements for future phases of <br />development of Flintwood Hills Second Addition P.U.D. <br /> <br />Mr. Raudio noted that there are plans to develop Block 5 of Flintwood Hills <br />Section Addition with multiple residential. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to <br />recommend Council approval of Mr. Art Raudio's request contingent upon the City <br />Engineer verifying Mr. Raudio's estimates, and contingent upon the EDC also <br />recommending approval of Mr. Raudio's request. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Hendriksen, <br />Deemer, Zimmerman, LaDue and Howell. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner <br />Shumway. <br /> <br />Case #8: Discussio~ R~arding ZoninE Ordinance: <br /> <br />The Commission reviewed the latest revisions to the Zoning Ordinance regarding <br />non-conforming uses and accessory structures on lots less than 15,000 square <br />feet. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Howell approving the <br />final draft of the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Deemer, <br />Zimmerman, Hendriksen, Howell and LaDue. Voting No: None.
