Mr. Raatikka suggested that Mrs. Fleisher's property could also be designated <br />MR. Mr. Raatikka also noted that the City's Comprehensive Plan allows for <br />retail and office use in a R-3 district if it is developed as a I~3D and maybe <br />some language to that effect should be included in the rezoning. <br /> <br />Mr. Fults suggested that a letter be sent to those concerned property owners <br />explaining in greater detail the reasons for rezoning and what kinds of <br />development will be allowed with the new zonin9 designations. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich referred to the criteria for conditional use permits contained on <br />pages 20 and 21 of the recodification and explained that they are difficult to <br />deal with. <br /> <br />Commission consensus was to delete items (a) through (h) as criteria to be met <br />and reinsert those items as items (h) through (o) under 'consider the <br />following' on page 20. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that he is going to research whether or not the City can <br />put a time limitation on special use permits. <br /> <br />G~airman Peterson requested City Engineer Raatikka to review Ramsey's ~UD <br />requirements for workability and re~ort back to the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to <br />adjourn the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Deemer, <br />Zimmerman, Hendriksen and Shumway. Voting No: None.
