Further discussion: The Council acknowledged and thanked Parks and Assistant Public Works <br />Superintendent Riverblood for his impressive work and success in securing grant funds for the <br />City' s recreational facilities. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers McGlone, Backous, Elvig, <br />Strommen, Tossey, and Wise. Voting No: None. <br />7.02: 2012 City of Ramsey Happy Days Re -Cap <br />City Administrator Ulrich thanked Management Analyst Brama for his leadership that <br />contributed to the success of the Happy Days event. <br />Management Analyst Brama provided an update of the Happy Days event. He thanked sponsors, <br />partners, the Happy Days Committee, Council, City staff, and all who contributed. <br />The Council and audience offered a round of applause to express their appreciation. <br />8. MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />City Administrator Ulrich and the Council announced upcoming meetings and events. <br />Interim Engineer Nelson reported on the Sunwood Drive project. <br />City Administrator Ulrich indicated the Fire Depaitinent responded to a fire incident in Nowthen, <br />during which a person's life was saved. <br />9.
